The Day I Sold Momma’s Tea Collection

I wanted momma’s dream to come true. I just knew I couldn’t be the one to make it happen.

Maybe I don’t have too many systems. Maybe I have one system with tools that do different jobs.

I protected my writing. I never realized my social media boundaries needed protecting too.

Make decisions you can live with. It’s the one philosophy I’ve trusted for decades.

I remember the planning more clearly than I remember Italy. That’s still hard to admit seven years later.

Apparently, I collect pauses. A collection of photos that made me stop and notice beautiful, ordinary things.

Taking it easy isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about deciding what belongs on my plate in the first place.

Sometimes the greatest relief isn’t getting something new. It’s having one less thing on your list.

Sometimes protecting your energy starts before you even leave the driveway.

Choosing peace sometimes means disappointing expectations. I’m finally learning that’s okay.
